Chainsaw Helper $250/day
If you need vines pulled, trees felled, or material piled and burned. You'll want to add on a helper to speed clearing. Anytime an operator has to exit the machine, its not cost effective.

MAP LEGEND: Anywhere inside blue area pays no extra transportation fees. Anywhere inside the red circle is our total service area. Between blue and red, you’ll pay a one time transport fee of $300 to cover diesel costs. Multi day jobs might include extra costs for lodging.

Bid vs Day Rate?
For all 1-3 day jobs we offer a day rate which is more economical than bidding.
Day rates are often the most economical method for the property owner because most jobs can be done in less than 3 days for the typical job and any contractor giving a bid will ALWAYS add more time than they think it takes in case they run into unforeseen issues. Meaning you WILL PAY MORE if you take a bid versus a day rate.
If you think your job is more than 3 days long, then you’ll most likely want a bid so you can know your exact cost upfront. But we only offer bids for jobs less than 50 miles from Lebanon MO. If you still want to hire us for a job further than an hour away and more than 3 days in length, we will still offer the day rate, but there may be extra charges for things such as hotel or extra diesel cost.
Standard Work Day
The day rate will include 8 hours of total time on the jobsite with 30 minutes for lunch and loading / unloading the machine. Meaning you will get 7.5 hours of total machine run time. That means we typically start work at 8 am and leave between 4-5 pm.
Day Rate vs Hourly Rate
We only offer a half day rate for those within 1 hour of our facility, that includes 4 hours of machine run time.
